Cancellation policy
Full refund: cancel 7 days or more before your tour. 50% refund: cancel between 7 days and 24 hours before your tour start time. No refund: cancellations within 24 hours of the start time. Tell us as early as possible if your plans change. We're happy to reschedule where we can, depending on availability. Cruise ship guests: if your ship can't dock in Dublin or Dún Laoghaire, we recommend travel insurance that covers shore excursions. If your cruise line cancels your arrival and you tell us before your pick-up time, we may be able to offer a partial refund or a credit towards a future tour, though we can't guarantee it.

Where does the tour start and end?
We can collect you from any Dublin city centre hotel, cruise port, or airport. If you’re staying outside the city, just let us know and we can arrange a suitable meeting point or we can try arrange our guide to travel further a field if needed. Don't worry. We'll figure it out.
Are attraction entry fees included?
The tour price covers your private guide and vehicle. Entry fees to places like Guinness Storehouse or Christ Church Cathedral are not included, allowing you to decide which attractions you’d like to visit.
What happens in bad weather?
Dublin weather can be unpredictable, but our tours run year-round. We adapt the itinerary to include more indoor attractions when needed, and you’re welcome to bring umbrellas (Our guides generally have some in their vehicle) or rain jackets. The vehicle is always available to keep you warm and dry between stops.
Is the tour suitable for limited mobility?
Yes—your guide will adapt stops and pacing. Please let us know any mobility needs in advance so we can plan easy access routes.
